The K-1 Sport was developed through feedback from Bell Racing Europe's Formula 1 trackside support program. This full-feature, standard weight version features aggressive chin bar venting and a front spoiler for aerodynamic stability. Because it is SA rated, the K-1 is a great helmet for kart racers and other entry level drivers who are planning on moving into other forms of racing that require fire retardant interiors. Bell Racing Helmets are pre-drilled specifically for use with HANS Clips and the HANS device. Consult the manufacturer of any other head and neck restraint device for proper use and installation as hardware and mounting locations may be different.
