The steering column of a kart does not collapse in an impact leaving younger children vulnerable to sternum and rib injuries. This chest protector prevents such injuries with a proven design to providing significant protection in this area.

The Valhalla Gen4 Chest Protector uses a molded semi-flexible exterior in a curved profile. This allows for a better fit to a child's chest while allowing the protector to absorb impacts more thoroughly. The back side has plush foam padding to make for a comfortable wear with additional shock absorption.
