The ZAMP RZ-70S Helmet is a the next evolution in ZAMP's Switch helmet lineup. This helmet features the DDAIR-System for superior airflow, in addition to customizable accessory ports on each side of the helmet allowing for easy communication or hydration setups- all with the latest Snell SA2025 rating.
The ZAMP RZ-70S Helmet is a versatile helmet adaptable to many forms of motorsport. Its forward-thinking design easily accommodates one or two-way radios, hydration, and top forced air- making it an ideal platform to tailor to your specific needs.
Integrated into the shell of the helmet is ZAMP's DDAIR-SYSTEM, a dual-density air integration relief system. A full 360-degree air channel providing ultimate airflow. Cool air enters the helmet pushing warm air out.
The RZ-70S is ZAMP’s only helmet with an accessory port on each cheek.
Air scoop/aero caps come pre-installed from the factory and can be easily swapped out for other setups- including Raceceiver/NitroBee mounts or a hydration tube port.

These ear cups with integrated stereo speakers attach directly inside of the helmet cheekpads and include a 10" cable terminating in a standard 3.5mm stereo plug.

Accessory Port Options:
Air Scoop/Aero Cap:
These caps come pre-installed on the helmet covering the open accessory port. They can be modified for custom two-way communication setups.
Raceceiver/NitroBee Mount:
Allows the easy attachment of your Raceceiver/NitroBee with an opening to route the audio output cable. Note: You will need to supply your own holster for this mount- likely included with your original radio purchase.
Hydration Port:
Used to easily route your hydration kit tube into the helmet.

RZ-70 Rear Spoiler (Clear):
Use for open cockpit or kart racing to increase helmet stability at speed.
Forced Air Intake - Regular:
Use to attach a forced air / fresh air pump to helmet. The 'regular' style uses a standard 1.5" nozzle for compatibility with most forced air system hoses.
Forced Air Intake - Low Profile:
Use to attach a forced air / fresh air pump to helmet. The 'low profile' style uses a lower & wider nozzle for cockpits where clearance is an issue.

Take several measurements. The largest measurement is the one you want to use.
Proper helmet fit is vital to the performance of a helmet. For the helmet to perform properly during an impact, it must stay securely on the head. Due to varying shapes, heads that are apparently the same size when measured may not necessarily fit the same size helmet. A small metal tape measure or a cloth tape may be used to make your initial measurement.
You can also use a string, which can then be laid against a tape measure.
Measure the circumference of the head at a point approximately one inch above the eyebrows in front, and at a point in the back of the head that results in the largest possible measurement.
